- A few months have passed and a loyal client of yours still has not come in to see you. Would you call, text, e-mail them, etc.? Tell us exactly what you would do in this situation.
- A new referral comes into the salon from a long time client. She is a beautiful middle age woman with very dark brown hair. You begin to have a consultation with her and she pulls out a picture of a girl with bleached-blonde and cherry-red chunky highlights. Professionally, you know this will look awful on her. You have a consultation with her, find out about her work, her life style, and how she maintains her hair at home. She tells you she works in an office, has a couple of kids and gets to a salon a few times a year. She was just looking for a change. Would you give her the look on the picture? What would you do?
