A new referral comes in to the salon from a long time client. She is a beautiful middle age woman with very dark brown hair. You begin to have a consultation with her and she pulls out a picture of a girl with bleached blonde and cherry red chunky highlights.  Professionally you know this will look awful on her. You have a consultation with her, find out about her work, her life style, how she maintains her hair at home. She tells you she works in an office, has a couple of kids and gets to a salon a few times a year. She was just looking for a change.
